WOOD DALE, IL – Danaher Motion introduces the Micron Gearhead RediMount? Motor Mounting System. The system features a simple three-step mounting procedure that allows all Micron gearheads to be mounted to any available motor, regardless of manufacturer. This flexible system also facilitates fast and easy changeover to alternate motors in the field.

“The unique RediMount design allows our gearheads to be easily mounted to any motor. The easy-to-use system features a specially designed input housing and sleeve to accommodate all motor mounting dimensions,” says Howard Horn, Product Manager.

The mounting system has a self-aligning hub that maintains concentricity between the motor shaft and gearhead, while a pre-installed pinion eliminates normal pinion setting procedures. The unit's modular design allows customers to stock gearhead and RediMount units separately.
